OurFilm vs Wedibox: Camera Experience or Wedding Hub?
The short answer: choose OurFilm for a focused digital disposable camera. Choose Wedibox when photo and video collection should sit inside a broader wedding website with guestbook and planning tools.
Both services give guests QR access without requiring an app. Their scope is very different: OurFilm makes taking limited, unseen pictures the activity; Wedibox brings media collection and wedding coordination into one guest hub.
This comparison is published by OurFilm and is not an independent review. Wedibox features and prices were checked against its official product page and pricing page on 2026-09-17. Prices and package inclusions may change.

A camera format versus an all-in-one service
OurFilm exists to create one behaviour: guests take a small number of new photos without seeing the result. The host controls the roll length, event end, reveal and gallery visibility. It does not try to organise the wedding.
Wedibox combines media with a larger guest-facing site. Depending on the plan, couples can collect photos, videos and audio messages, show a live slideshow, publish wedding information, manage RSVPs and meal choices, and work with seating or registry tools.
What the guest experiences
An OurFilm guest enters a name and reaches the shutter. Existing camera-roll files cannot be uploaded, committed photos cannot be previewed or retaken, and the gallery can stay closed until the event is over.
A Wedibox guest can contribute media and interact with a broader wedding hub. That is more capable, but it does not impose the same disposable-camera constraint. Decide whether the constraint or the convenience is the product you want.
Pricing models
Wedibox currently lists one-time Embed, Wedding and All-In-One packages. The Wedding tier covers the core wedding media experience, while higher packages add more planning features. It also advertises a limited free trial.
OurFilm is free for up to five participants. A one-time event purchase removes the participant cap while preserving the finite roll for each guest.
