Wedibox Alternative for Weddings: OurFilm
OurFilm is a Wedibox alternative for couples who need a focused guest camera, not an all-in-one wedding website and planning platform.
The short answer: choose OurFilm for a finite, no-preview photo roll with a controlled reveal. Choose Wedibox when the same QR code should also handle video, voice messages, a guestbook, RSVP, seating and a wedding website.
This comparison is published by OurFilm, so it is not an independent review. Wedibox features and pricing were checked against its official product page and pricing page on 2026-09-17. Prices and inclusions may change.

What Wedibox adds
Wedibox combines wedding photo sharing with a wider guest portal. Its Wedding plan includes unlimited photo and video uploads, a website, audio guestbook, live slideshow and original-quality ZIP. The All-In-One plan adds RSVP, meal choices, plus-ones, a seating chart, registry links and other website sections.
An Embed plan serves couples who already have a wedding website and only want the media gallery inside it. Wedibox is therefore the stronger fit when one system should cover planning information as well as guest media.
What OurFilm keeps focused
OurFilm asks only for the settings needed by the camera: event end, roll length, reveal timing and guest gallery access. Each participant takes 5, 10, 16, 24 or 36 new photos with no preview or retake.
It does not provide RSVP, seating, a wedding website, video or voice messages. That narrower scope gives guests a direct path from QR code to shutter.
Pricing model differences
Wedibox currently lists a $29 Embed plan, a $49 Wedding plan and a $79 All-In-One plan, each as a one-time purchase. Upload windows and included planning tools vary by plan.
OurFilm is free for up to five participants. Its one-time event purchase removes the participant cap, while every participant keeps the selected finite roll.
